Attune to the rhythms of embodied ecology and the wisdom of the ancient medicine
East Asian Medicine Supporting Life Cycles
rhythms of nature ⧞rhythms of the body
Whatever lifecycle you are going though: be it a child finding balance in their growth, the changes of adolescence, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause or palliative care–we are here to support your family and your lives to move beyond surviving in to thriving. We use gentle modalities and can do visits in the comfort of your own home. We can also do needle-free treatments. We also teach Qigong and can help with 1:1 wellness consulting and advocacy. We specialize in treating the diverse needs of community.
Let us cultivate this practice together, holding space for nature’s wisdom to guide our healing and growth. In attuning to the rhythms of nature and embracing the teachings of East Asian medicine, we find not only the medicine for our individual lives but also a path toward collective harmony.
Our Mission:We view acupuncture and East Asian medical healing traditions as a pathway to reconnect with ourselves, to remember that Earth is both our body and our ancestor, and to restore harmony with nature.
Anyone who spends close time with nature, anyone who is paying close attention, knows that balance and rhythm are the essence of health. Our bodies, like the earth, are bound by cycles—light and dark, activity and rest, growth and stillness. To better our health, we must honor these rhythms.
In a world often driven by excess, the wisdom of ancient traditions calls us back to simplicity. Health is not about the absence of illness—it’s our ability to have presence. It’s recognizing how cycles of stress, trauma, and overexertion manifest in our bodies as fatigue, illness, or disconnection. Healing begins with listening.
Our bodies are not machines but ecosystems—complex, interwoven, and deeply connected to the world around us. Just as the land needs tending, so do our bodies, so do our spirits.
